摘要
研发了一种移动式液压支架销轴拆装设备,成功解决了液压支架维修中销轴拆卸及安装困难的问题。该设备可以取代传统人工用甩锤对销轴进行拆解及安装,有效减轻了液压支架维修过程中工人的劳动强度,提高了维修工作效率和安全性。
A kind of movable hydraulic support pin shaft disassembling equipment has been developed,which can successfully solve the problem of pin shaft disassembling and installation in the maintenance of hydraulic support.The equipment can replace the traditional manual to disassemble and install the pin shaft with hammer,effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers in the process of hydraulic support maintenance,and improve the efficiency and safety of maintenance work.
