摘要
目的:研究笑气/氧气镇静辅助计算机程控给药系统对牙科畏惧症患儿的临床效果。方法:纳入96例牙科畏惧症患儿的临床资料,分2组(n=48)。对照组患儿常规口腔治疗,观察组患儿笑气/氧气镇静辅助计算机程控给药系统治疗。观察2组患儿治疗效果,比较2组患儿在入室躺下时(T1)、行口腔检查时(T2)、治疗过程中(T3)、完成治疗时(T4)的镇静评分以及依从性和焦虑评分,比较2组患儿家长满意度及复诊合作情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.92%,对照组为85.42%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿在T2~T4时Ramsay镇静评分、依从性评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑评分明显低于对照组。观察组患儿家长满意度为95.83%,对照组为81.25%(P<0.05),观察组患儿复诊合作率为83.33%,对照组为64.58%(P<0.05)。结论:笑气/氧气镇静辅助计算机程控给药系统治疗牙科畏惧症患儿的疗效显著,镇静作用好,能有效缓解患儿焦虑情绪,提高患儿治疗依从性。
Objective:To study the clinical effects of laughing gas/oxygen sedation assisted computerized controlled drug delivery system on children with dental fear.Methods:96 children with dental fear were divided into 2 groups(n=48).The children in control group was given routine oral cavity treatment,those in the observation group were treated with laughing gas/oxygen sedation assisted computer-programmed drug delivery system treatment and oral cavity treatment.The treatment effects of the 2 groups,sedation score,at lying down(T1),during oral examination(T2),during treatment(T3)and at the completion of treatment(T4),compliance and anxiety score,parental satisfaction and the cooperation status of children at follow-up were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group and control group was 97.92%and 85.42%(P<0.05).After treatment,Ramsay sedation scores and compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group at T2 to T4(P<0.05),the anxiety score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction of children in the observation and control groups was 95.83%and 81.25%respectively(P<0.05),the cooperation rate of follow-up visits in the observation and control groups was 83.33%and 64.58%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of nitrous oxide/oxygen sedation assisted computer program-controlled drug delivery system on children with dental fear has a better sedative effect,can effectively relieve anxiety,improve treatment compliance of the children with dental fear.
