摘要
设计研制一种深层创伤伤口组织闭合装置,通过对创面周边全皮层及肌肉层渐进牵张,根据皮肤延展特点,将创面范围缩小,最终无需植皮而将创面关闭。该闭合器可修复褥疮创面,代替张力缝合、植皮以及皮瓣术,为临床修复疑难创面提供一种较好的修复方法。
To design and develop one kind of closure device of wound tissue of deep trauma.According to the characteristics of the skin extension,the range of wound surface was shortened by gradually stretching the entire corium layer and muscle around the wound surface.And finally,the wound surface could be closed without skin-grafting.This closer can repair the wound surface of bedsore,and replace tension suture,skin-grafting and skin flap operation,and can provide a better repair method for repairing the clinically intractable wound surface.
