校园足球教师职业认同及路径优化研究

摘要 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法对足球教师职业认同及路径优化进行研究。结果显示:教师职业认同整体水平较高,在性别、专项和城乡之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。在5个维度中,情感和目标认同在专项和城乡之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);能力认同在性别、专项和城乡之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);持续认同在性别、专项、专业技术职务和学历方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05);信念认同在专项方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。路径优化:一是缩小校园足球基本资源配置的城乡差距;二是发挥校园足球文化育人的功能作用;三是拓展校园足球培训方式,丰富培训方法,优化培训内容。 The professional identity and path optimization of football teachers were studied by means of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Results demonstrated that the level of career identity is high,and there are significant differences(P<0.05)in its factors of gender,specialty and places(urban vs.rural).In the 5 factors,there are significant differences(P<0.05)in specialty and places(urban vs.rural)of emotion identity factor and goal identity factor.There are also significant differences(P<0.05)in specialty and places(urban vs.rural)of ability identity factor;gender,specialty,professional title and academic experience of continuous identity factor(P<0.05);specialty of belief identity factor(P<0.05).Policy optimization was proposed:firstly,campus football resource allocation gap should be narrowed;secondly,the cultural and educational value of campus football should be advocated;thirdly,training mode,method and content should be further enhanced.
