摘要
湖北三峡地区是长江上游向中游的过渡地带,其面临的生态问题具有很强的典型性和紧迫性,加之三峡工程建设带来局地生态系统失衡,日益威胁长江生态环境安全,当前急需开展山水林田湖草系统保护修复工程。本文针对该地区生态环境存在问题,提出系统性、整体性保护修复工程的实施路径,以期为其他试点地区提供实践借鉴。
The Hubei Three Gorges area is a transition zone from the upper reaches of the Yangtze River to the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the ecological problems it faces are very typical and urgent,in addition,the construction of the Three Gorges Project has brought about an imbalance in the local ecosystem,which is increasingly threatening the safety of the Yangtze River's ecological environment,currently,there is an urgent need to carry out protection and restoration projects for the mountain,water,forest,field,lake,and grass system.In view of the existing problems of the ecological environment in this area,this paper proposes the implementation path of systematic and holistic protection and restoration projects,hoping to provide practical reference for other pilot areas.
