摘要
产品可靠性试验中,给出现场试验样本量的量化计算方法,是试验开展的基础条件。在对可靠性试验约束条件进行分析的基础上,以试验费用最低为优化目标,构建了基于试验费用的指数分布产品可靠性试验约束优化模型。对定数截尾无替换和有替换可靠性试验,建立了样本量优选的具体约束优化模型。对定时截尾无替换和有替换可靠性试验,给出了预定失效次数出现概率的计算公式,并建立了样本量优选的具体约束优化模型。最后,通过案例分析,验证了可靠性试验样本量优选约束优化模型的科学性与有效性。
For products reliability test,it is a prerequisite to calculate the sample size by a quantitative method.Given the constrained conditions in the reliability test,we established a constrained optimization model for the reliability test of exponential distributed products with the goal of the lowest cost.For the fixed number truncated test with/without replacement,we established a specific constrained optimization model for sample size calculation.For the fixed time truncated test with/without replacement,we gave the formula for predicting the probability of failure,and established a specific constrained optimization model for sample size calculation.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the model was verified by a case study.
