摘要
目的分析高频超声对痛风性关节炎患者足踝病变的诊断价值。方法选取东莞市第八人民医院2019年1月至12月收治的62例关节炎足踝病变患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组患者为痛风性关节炎足踝病变,对照组患者为类风湿性关节炎或骨性关节炎足踝病变,通过高频超声对患者受累关节的骨侵蚀、关节腔积液、骨膜增生和关节周围双轨征、尿酸盐沉积及痛风石的情况进行检查、记录和比较。结果观察组患者骨侵蚀、关节腔积液、骨膜增生的检出率和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者尿酸盐沉积、双轨征、痛风石检出率与对照组相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声检测对痛风性关节炎足踝病变患者病变的早期诊断,具有更高的敏感性和特异性,同时也有助于评估患者后期治疗的情况,为医生精准判断提供有效的影像学资料,对痛风性关节炎患者的筛查具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of ankle lesions in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 62 patients with arthritic foot and ankle disease were selected from January to December 2019 in Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital.Among them,31 patients with gouty arthritis foot and ankle disease were in the observation group and 31 patients with rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis were in the control group.The sign,the deposition of urate and the detection of gouty stone were recorded and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of bone erosion,joint cavity effusion and periosteal hyperplasia between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);the detection rate of urate deposition,double track sign and gout stone in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has higher sensitivity and specificity in the early diagnosis of gouty arthritis foot and ankle lesions.It also helps to evaluate the late treatment of patients,provides effective imaging data for doctors to accurately judge,and has important clinical application value for the screening of gouty arthritis patients.
