摘要
目的探讨痔自体真皮下血管网皮瓣肛门整形在复杂赘皮性痔手术中的应用价值。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月山东省寿光市第三人民医院收治的60例复杂赘皮性痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组采取真皮下血管网皮瓣肛门整形术,对照组采取混合痔外剥内扎术,比较两组临床疗效、手术情况、术后并发症以及患者对术后肛门外观满意度。结果术后创面疼痛指数显著低于对照组,两组患者临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症少于对照组,(P<0.05);创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,(P<0.05);患者对术后肛门外观满意度明显高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论真皮下血管网皮瓣肛门整形治疗复杂赘皮性痔疗效显著,术后疼痛差,创面愈合时间显著短,并发症少,患者满意度高,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the application value of the anal plastic with SVNF of self-hemorrhoid in the operation of complex neoplastic hemorrhoids.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,60 patients from the Third People's Hospital of Shouguang City with complex redundant hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with subcutaneous vascular network flap anoplasty,while the control group was treated with mixed hemorrhoids external stripping and internal ligation.The clinical efficacy,operation conditions,postoperative complications and satisfaction of patients with postoperative anal appearance were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative wound pain index was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complications were less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients with postoperative anal appearance was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anal plastic surgery with SVNF was effective in the treatment of complex neoplastic hemorrhoids,with less postoperative pain,fewer complications,shorter wound healing time and higher patient satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical application promotion.
