摘要
目的探析甲氨蝶呤肌注联合米非司酮口服治疗异位妊娠的疗效及安全性。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月滨海县中医院收治的50例异位妊娠患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(行米非司酮口服治疗)和观察组(行甲氨蝶呤肌注联合米非司酮口服治疗),各25例。比较两组疗效及安全性。结果疗效比较,观察组总有效率为96.00%高于对照组76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。包块直径、血清β-HCG水平比较,治疗前组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,包块直径、血清β-HCG水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率比较,观察组为8.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于异位妊娠患者,应用甲氨蝶呤肌注联合米非司酮口服治疗,疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床应用和推荐。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of methotrexate intramuscular injection combined with oral mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Fifty patients with ectopic pregnancy from January 2018 to December 2019 admitted to Binhai County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into a control group(with oral mifepristone therapy)and an observation group(with methotrexate intramuscular injection combined with oral mifepristone therapy),25 cases each group.Compare the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results Compared with the curative effect,the observation group was 96.00%higher than the control group 76.00%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mass diameter and serumβ-HCG level before treatment and between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of serumβ-HCG decreased between the masses,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group was 8.00%lower than the control group 32.00%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy,the use of methotrexate intramuscular injection combined with oral mifepristone has significant effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and recommendation.
