摘要
目的对产妇使用无痛分娩技术的临床效果进行观察和探讨。方法选取2017年6月至2018年7月东明县人民医院产科进行分娩的90例产妇作为本次研究对象,根据产妇自愿选择分娩方式将其分成对照组(35例)和观察组(55例),对照组产妇实施常规分娩技术,观察组产妇实施无痛分娩技术。比较两组产妇镇痛有效率、总产程、剖宫产例数、新生儿窒息率及产妇分娩后出血率。结果观察组产妇的总镇痛有效率为100.00%,对照组产妇镇痛总有效率为0,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=94.5742,P<0.05);对照组产妇总产程高于观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.2358,P<0.05);对照组产妇选择剖宫产12例,显著高于观察组产妇的5例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=3.2463,P<0.05);两组新生儿窒息率以及产妇分娩后出血率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产科中为产妇实施无痛分娩技术其镇痛效果显著,产程缩短,且剖宫产率降低,且不会增加分娩并发症。
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effects of painless delivery in parturients.Methods From June 2017 to July 2018,90 parturients in the Department of Obstetrics of Dongming County People's Hospital were selected as the objects of this study.According to their voluntary choice of delivery mode,they were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(55 cases).The conventional delivery technology was implemented in the control group,and the painless delivery technology was implemented in the observation group.The effective rate of analgesia,the length of delivery,the number of cesarean section cases,the rate of asphyxia and the rate of bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of analgesia was 100.00%in the observation group and 0 in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x^2=94.5742,P<0.05);the length of delivery in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.2358,P<0.05);12 cases of cesarean section in the control group were significantly higher than 5 cases of cesarean section in the observation group,There was significant difference between the two groups(x2=3.2463,P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in neonatal asphyxia rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of painless delivery in obstetrics is more significant than that of conventional delivery,with shorter delivery time and less cesarean section rate.
