摘要
目的研究应用阿帕替尼联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法选取贵航集团302医院2017年1月至2018年12月期间收入的98例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,分为对照组(采纳单纯放疗治疗)和治疗组(采纳阿帕替尼联合放疗治疗),各49例,对比两种治疗方案的疗效。结果就整体有效率和疾病控制率而言,治疗组患者分别为83.67%、95.92%,显著高于对照组的61.22%、85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后CEA、CYFRA211肿瘤标志物水平,治疗组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食欲下降、口腔黏膜炎、骨髓抑制、蛋白尿、凝血异常的发生率,治疗组和对照组比较差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月、治疗后1年患者的生存率,治疗组分别为81.63%、61.22%,明显高于对照组的55.10%、38.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者应用阿帕替尼联合放疗的临床效果满意。
Objective To study the clinical effect of apatinib combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted in 302 Hospital,Guihang group from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into a control group(with radiotherapy alone)and a treatment group(with apatinib combined with radiotherapy)49 cases each group.The efficacy of the two treatments was compared.Results In terms of overall effective rate and disease control rate,the patients in the treatment group were 83.67%and 95.92%,which were significantly higher than 61.22%and 85.71%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the levels of CEA and CYFRA211 tumor markers in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of decreased appetite,oral mucositis,bone marrow suppression,proteinuria and coagulation abnormalities was relatively small between the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the survival rates of patients at 6 months and 1 year after treatment were 81.63%、61.22%in the treatment group,significantly higher than 55.10%,38.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of apatinib combined with radiotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer is satisfactory.
