摘要
活性焦是从烟煤或褐煤中易挥发成分进行回收之后生产的多孔炭类物质,同时拥有吸附性和催化剂性能。其中孔百分比高,比表面积相对较小。因其有较高的综合强度和显著的吸附性能,在水处理领域有着广泛的应用空间。重点分析和归纳了活性焦技术在煤化工废水、印染、农药、石油、炸药废水等工业废水以及生活污水处理中的应用;剖析了活性焦吸附机理;阐述了活性焦适合降解的污染物类型;解析了活性焦吸附技术在水处理应用中存在的问题,为活性焦吸附技术推广应用提供技术支撑。
Activated coke is a porous carbon material produced after recovering volatile components from bituminous coal or lignite,and has both adsorption and catalytic properties.Activated coke has high pore percentage and relatively small specific surface area;because of its high comprehensive strength and remarkable adsorption performance,it has a wide application range in water treatment field.The application of activated coke in treatment of domestic wastewater and wastewater from coal chemical,printing and dyeing,pesticide,petroleum and explosive industry,were emphatically analyzed and summarized.The adsorption mechanism of activated coke was analyzed,and the pollutants types which are suitable to be degraded by it were elaborated.The existing problems during the process of activated coke treating water were analyzed,which provided technical support for the popularization and application of activated coke adsorption technology.
