摘要
[研究意义]高铁餐饮服务人员职业装需求随着中国高铁的迅猛发展而急需提升,其款式由于高铁餐饮职位的限制而无需有更多的设计,故色彩情感的设计尤为重要。[研究方法]文章采用文献法、观察法、调研分析法对中国高铁餐饮服务人员职业装的色彩情感进行探讨。[研究结果与结论]研究认为:①中国铁路主体色应为蓝色,在中国颜色(蓝)中比较,吴须色或湛蓝可为中国高铁标识色,湛蓝可为中国高铁餐饮服务人员职业装主体色,以湛蓝为主体色的干净洗练色彩搭配组合与热情雅致色彩搭配组合可满足中国高铁餐饮服务人员职业装色彩情感需求。②中国高铁餐饮服务人员职业装色彩审美舒适性应该建立在大众对中国铁路制服色彩组合的固有印象之上,加之现代高铁内外部环境色的影响因素,中国高铁餐饮职业装色彩搭配组合应该在历代铁路制服的基础上结合中国颜色并考虑环境色的影响,再次创造有价值的高铁餐饮服务人员的色彩情感文化内涵。
The demand for high-speed rail catering service professional wear needs to be improved with the rapid development of China's high-speed rail.Due to the restrictions of high-speed rail catering positions,there is no need for more designs,so the design of color emotion is particularly important.This article uses literature method,observation method,investigation and analysis method to discuss.The research suggests that on the one hand,the main color of Chinese railways should be blue.In comparison with Chinese colors(blue),Wuxu or azure blue can be the Chinese high-speed rail logo color,and azure blue can be the main color of Chinese high-speed rail catering staff's professional clothing.The clean and refined color combination for the main color and the warm and elegant color combination meet the emotional color needs of Chinese high-speed rail restaurant service staff in professional wear.On the other hand,the aesthetic comfort of professional high-speed rail catering service staff color should be based on the public's inherent impression of the color combination of Chinese railway uniforms.In addition to the factors affecting the internal and external environmental colors of modern high-speed rail,the high-speed rail catering professional color combination It should combine the Chinese colors and consider the impact of environmental colors on the basis of railway uniforms of all past generations,and once again create the color,emotional,and cultural connotation of valuable high-speed rail catering service personnel.
