摘要
消化道的早期健康发育至关重要。消化道微生物不仅能辅助动物体消化利用饲料,其代谢产生的短链脂肪酸、维生素、氨基酸衍生物、胆汁酸等产物还能调节消化道的发育和功能。但消化道微生物群落多样性的形成和维持是一个非常复杂的过程。瘤胃微生物生态位抢占和修饰主导了瘤胃微生态的“演变”和“成熟”。营养素和外源微生物通过改变原生瘤胃微生物群落组成实现其对消化道发育的调节。因此,相比于外源微生物,针对幼龄反刍动物的靶向性瘤胃微生物移植是一种重塑瘤胃菌群结构,调控瘤胃功能的更有效方式。
The gastrointestinal development during early life is vital to the health and production of animals.The microbiota colonized in the gastrointestinal tract ferment feed and produce short-chain fatty acids,vitamins,amino acid derivatives and bile acids to modulate the development and function of gastrointestine.While the establishment of the microbial community is a very complex process,with its succession and“maturation”dominated by the niche preoccupation and modification of rumen microorganisms.Nutrients and exogenous microorganism regulate gastrointestinal development through altering the composition of native microbial community.Compared to the exogenous microbiota,rumen microbial transplantation targeted at young ruminants is a more effective way to reestablish rumen microbial community,and thus realize a more efficient regulation of rumen development.
