有声读物介入对过度屏幕暴露患儿的影响分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the effect of audio books intervention on children with excessive exposure to screens

摘要 目的探讨有声读物介入对过度屏幕暴露患儿的影响。方法选择2018年6月~2019年11月吉安市城区的100例过度屏幕暴露(暴露时间≥1 h/d)儿童纳入本研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用传统阅读的方式,观察常规健康教育的干预效果,观察组采用有声读物介入的方式,观察干预效果。比较两组(1)家长及患儿对指导意见的依从性。(2)儿童睡眠习惯的改善情况。(3)儿童心理行为习惯的改善情况。(4)学龄前儿童应知晓知识的掌握情况。结果观察组家长及患儿对指导意见依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组儿童睡眠习惯情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组儿童心理行为习惯优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学龄前儿童应知晓知识的掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论过度屏幕暴露患儿对有声读物较传统教育方式有更好的依从性,有声读物能改善儿童睡眠及心理行为习惯,并提高学龄前儿童知识的掌握情况,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of audio books intervention on children with excessive exposure to screens.Methods A total of 100 children with"excessive exposure to screens(with the exposure time≥1 h/d)"in Ji’an city proper from June 2018 to November 2019 were included in this study.According to random number table method,50 children were selected for the observation group and the control group respectively.The control group was meant to reveal the effect of conventional health education,such as traditional reading.The observation group was meant to reveal the effect of audio books.The following aspects were compared between the two groups:(1)The parents’and children’s compliance with the guidance;(2)The improvement of children’s sleep habits;(3)The improvement of children’s psychological behavior;(4)Preschool children’s mastery of due knowledge.Results The parents’and children’s compliance with the guidance in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The children’s sleep habits in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The children’s psychological behavior habits in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The preschool children’s mastery of due knowledge in the control group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the children with excessive exposure to screens,audio books bring about better compliance than traditional education ways,which can ameliorate the children’s sleep habits and psychological behavior habits and improve preschool children’s mastery of due knowledge,suggesting that they are worthy of clinical recommendations.
