摘要
2019年7月中日合作西藏ASγ实验宣布发现来自蟹状星云方向能量高于100TeV(100万亿电子伏特)的宇宙γ射线辐射,这是人类首次观测到能量大于100 TeV的宇宙γ射线辐射。文章首先回顾了西藏ASγ实验在甚高能及以上能区宇宙γ射线探测所做的长期努力,介绍了这一发现背后西藏ASγ实验地面阵列进行的重大升级改造和主要观测结果,并对100TeV以上能量宇宙γ射线辐射观测结果重要意义作了分析讨论。
A joint research team of Sino-Japanese cooperative ASγexperiment announced the discovery of cosmicγray with radiation energy above 100 TeV from Crab Nebula in July 2019,which is the first observation ofγray with energy above 100 TeV ever.In this paper,we reviewed the history of long-term observation efforts on very-high-energy cosmicγray of the Tibet ASγexperiment and introduced the major upgrading and main observation results of ground arrays of the Tibet ASγexperiment behind this discovery.Moreover,we analyzed and discussed the significance of the observation result ofγray with radiation energy above 100 TeV.
