摘要
目的探讨基于程序化气道评估的气道管理在重症患者中的应用效果。方法60例接受人工气道治疗的重症患者,依据干预方式的不同分为两组各30例。对照组行常规气道管理,观察组在对照组基础上行基于程序化气道评估的气道管理,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的机械通气时间、重症监护时间均显著短于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症患者应用基于程序化气道评估的气道管理能够显著减少机械通气时间、重症监护时间,提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of airway management based on programmed airway assessment in severe patients.Methods 60 severe patients with artificial airway treatment were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine airway management,while the observation group received airway management based on programmed airway assessment on the basis of control group.The intervention effects of two groups were compared.Results The mechanical ventilation time and intensive care time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of airway management based on programmed airway assessment in severe patients can significantly reduce themechanical ventilation time and intensive care time,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
