摘要
目的探讨胸腺肽α1联合调强适形放疗治疗食管癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月至2019年9月我院收治的食管癌患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予以调强适形放疗治疗,观察组予以胸腺肽α1联合调强适形放疗治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为80.0%,显著高于对照组的53.3%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的放射性食管炎及放射性肺炎发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽α1联合调强适形放疗治疗食管癌的疗效显著,可有效提升患者的免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of thymosinα1 combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 60 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intensity modulated radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with thymosinα1 combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 80.0%,significantly higher than 53.3%of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the levels of CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8+of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidences of radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonia of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Thymosinα1 combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer has significant efficacy,which can effectively improve patients'immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
