创客空间集聚辐射效应的影响因素及形成探析——基于扎根理论的馆员培训分析 被引量:1

A Probe into the Influencing Factors and Formation of the Maker Space Agglomeration Radiation Effect:Analysis of Librarian Training Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 [目的/意义]目前国内图书馆学术界对创客空间中馆员培训的途径、方法及影响因素的研究略显不足,文章拟将集聚辐射效应的原理运用到创客空间的馆员培训中,运用扎根理论及方法对访谈资料进行编码分析,识别馆员培训中集聚辐射效应的影响因素,启发空间管理者克服馆员培训的瓶颈和障碍,在培训途径上寻找新突破,在培训内容和方法上寻找新思路。[方法/过程]通过实地调研国内公共图书馆、高校图书馆及社会机构的创客空间,选取52位经验丰富、工作业绩卓越的馆员获取访谈数据,在此基础上,基于Nvivo软件采用扎根理论的开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码萃取概念和范畴,按照规范流程进行编码分析。[结果/结论]在前期编码的基础上,构建空间馆员培训集聚辐射效应的影响因素模型(AIPE),阐明馆员培训集聚辐射效应的形成、发展规律,不断推进空间培训的资源优化、汇集、共享,形成馆员培训的集聚辐射效应,彰显馆员培训的效果与影响力。 [Purpose/significance]At present, the research on the ways, methods and effects of librarian training in the maker space is not enough. The paper intends to apply the principle of the accumulative radiation effect to the librarian training in maker space. Based on the grounded theory and method, it encodes and analyzes the interview data, proves the existence of the accumulative radiation effect in librarian training and identifies its influencing factors in order to help managers overcome the bottlenecks and obstacles of librarian training, find new breakthroughs in training channels, and finds new ideas in training content and methods.[Method/process]In the domestic public libraries, university libraries and social institutions, 52 experienced and outstanding Librarians were selected to obtain interview data.On this basis, the concepts and categories of open coding, spindle coding and selective coding based on grounded theory were extracted, and the coding analysis was carried out according to the standard process.[Result/conclusion]On the basis of coding, the model of influencing factors(AIPE) of librarians′ training in maker space is constructed, so as to clarify the occurrence and development of the radiation effect of librarians′ training, to push the resource optimization of space training, the collection, sharing, show the effect and influence of librarians′ training.
