Objective:To explore the effect of Recovery Autotransfusion combined with different Blood Dilution Methods in Benign Brain Tumor Surgery.Methods:30 cases selected for the study subjects are in our line of Benign Brain Tumor Surgery patients, via computer were randomLy divided into three groups, each 10 cases, students’no Blood Conservation technology(control group),group b to acute hemodilution combined regenerative capacity of autologous blood transfusion, such as c group to acute hemodilution combined high capacity recovery type of autologous blood transfusion, application effect comparison between groups. Results:The changes of heart rate and mean arterial pressure at each time point were not significant compared with T 1(P>0.05).At T 2 and T 3,the central venous pressure in each group increased to different degrees, and group B at T 2 was significantly higher than other groups, with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in urine volume and intraoperative infusion volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of allogeneic blood transfusion in group A was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of blood dilution technology and recycled autotransfusion is beneficial to reduce the amount of allogeneic blood transfusion in the operation of patients with benign brain tumors, and does not affect the coagulation function, which can ensure clinical safety.
