摘要
主要研究燃料电池电堆低温条件下的特性,介绍了电堆冷启动前处理的过程温度和流量对前处理结果的影响。考察了不同启动温度下电堆启动过程中阻抗的变化情况,并着重研究了在-30℃环境温度下电堆的启动策略。低温启动初期电堆对载荷较为敏感,启动初期适宜较小的启动电流,同时电堆的热容是低温启动的关键影响因素,减小电堆的热容可以提高电堆的低温启动性能。
The characteristics of fuel cell stack at low temperature was mainly studied and the influence of temperature and flow rate on the purge results of the stack before cold start was introduced.The impedance variation of the stack during start-up was investigated at different starting temperatures.The starting strategy of the stack at-30℃was studied.In the early stage of stack low-temperature start-up,the stack was sensitive to load,and the small start-up current was suitable for the initial stage of start-up.Meanwhile,the thermal capacity of the stack was the key factor influencing factor of low-temperature start-up,and the low-temperature start-up performance of the stack could be improved through reducing the thermal capacity of the stack.
