摘要
唾液酸(SAs)是以9个碳为母链的α-酮酸,近年来,随着人们对唾液酸生物学功能了解和认识的深入,以唾液酸为先导进行新药研发已逐渐成为研究热点,唾液酸在医药、食品、保健品上的应用有着日益广阔的发展前景。其检测方法对于药物质量控制与治疗作用研究,疾病诊断具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来唾液酸的提取、分离纯化、检测方法的研究进展,阐述不同检测方法优势,以及检测时需要注意的问题。
Sialic acid(SAs)is based on nine carbon chain of alpha keto acid,in recent years,along with the people of sialic acid and understanding of the biology function,and bioactive substances in sialic acid as the forerunner of exploration research and development has become a new field of research,sialic acid application in food,health care products and medicine has increasingly wide development prospects.The detection method is of great significance for the study of drug quality control and therapeutic effect and disease diagnosis.In this paper,the research progress of sialic acid extraction,separation and purification and detection methods in recent years are reviewed.
