摘要
结合新发展理念,构建能源高质量发展测度体系,测算2017年我国30个省市的能源高质量发展水平并分析其空间分布特征。研究发现:5大子系统中,绿色清洁水平最高,开放安全水平最低。能源高质量发展空间分布特征明显,综合水平从高到低为:东部、中部、西部、东北部。
Combined with the new development concept,built a measurement system of high-quality energy development,measured the high-quality energy development level of 30 provinces and cities in 2017,and analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics.It was found that the green cleaning level is the highest and the open safety level is the worst among the five subsystems.The spatial distribution characteristics of high-quality energy development are obvious.The comprehensive level from high to low is:east,middle,west and northeast.
