摘要
[目的/意义]针对传统公安情报生产方式难以应对大数据环境的问题,提出基于复杂网络的结构化公安情报流程,以保证情报生产效率及情报产品质量。[方法/过程]首先,分析公安情报流程各环节的要素,并采用比较分析法阐释公安情报流程与复杂网络实证研究流程的内涵一致性;之后,根据复杂网络研究框架,设计基于复杂网络的结构化公安情报流程的运行模式。[结果/结论]复杂网络是面向客观世界的描述模型,基于复杂网络的结构化公安情报流程是该模型在情报领域的应用,以赋予情报生产有序性、体系性和可解释性。
[Purpose/Significance]In response to the problem that the traditional police intelligence production method can not adapt to the big data environment,the structured police intelligence process based on complex networks is proposed to ensure intelligence production efficiency and intelligence products quality.[Method/process]First,the essential factors of each segment in the police intelligence process are analyzed,and the connotation consistency of the police intelligence process and the empirical research process of complex networks is interpreted using the comparative analysis.Then,according to the framework of complex networks research,the operation mode of the structured police intelligence process based on complex networks is designed.[Result/Conclusion]Complex networks is the descriptive model of the objective world.The structured police intelligence process based on complex networks is the practical application of the model in the field of intelligence,bringing order,systematicness and interpretability to intelligence production.
