摘要 功放是通信电路中的一个重要组成部分,针对批量大、手动测试效率低的局限性,提出了利用测试技术搭建自动化测试平台(ATE),通过LabView软件编写测试程序,根据实际测试需求,通过GPIB接口技术,对矢量网络分析仪、信号源和功率计等仪器设备进行控制,实现对功放的各项指标测试和数据采集、分析,提高了测试效率和准确性等。通过试验表明,验证了该测试数据的准确性和可信度,现已成功应用于功放模块测批量测试中。 Power amplifier is an important part of communication circuit.Aiming at the limitations of large batches and low manual test efficiency,it is proposed to use test technology to build an automated test platform(ATE),write test programs through LabView software,and pass the test according to actual test requirements.GPIB interface technology controls the vector network analyzer,signal source and power meter and other instruments and equipment,realizes the test of various indicators of the power amplifier and data collection and analysis,and improves the test efficiency and accuracy.The test shows that the accuracy and credibility of the test data have been verified,and it has been successfully applied to the batch test of power amplifier modules.
