摘要
采用ICP-OES法测定钛合金中铌元素,通过获得Nb单标溶液292.781nm处光谱图,分析谱线对单标溶液测定分析发现钛基体本身会对Nb 292.781nm谱线处产生干扰。通过利用FACT功能,建立了校准工作曲线,空白模型,基体模型,被分析元素模型,干扰物模型,选择模型,测试FACT消除钛基体干扰。针对其检出限,校准曲线线性,精密度和准确度进行了探究。结果表明,利用FACT功能消除钛基体干扰后,Nb 292.781nm校准曲线相关系数为0.999,检出限小于0.005%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.24%,加标回收率为103.3%。
When ICP-OES was used to determine the Nb content in titanium alloy,it was found that the titanium matrix itself would greatly interfere with the Nb 292.781 nm spectral line.Through the use of fact function,calibration curve,blank model,matrix model,analyzed element model,interference model,selection model,test fact to eliminate titanium matrix interference are established.The detection limit,linearity,precision and accuracy of calibration curve were studied.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of Nb 292.78nm calibration curve is 0.999,the detection limit is less than 0.005%,the relative standard deviation of the results is 1.24%,and the recovery rate is 103.3%.
