摘要
冠状动脉慢血流(Coronary Slow Flow,CSF)是心血管疾病中较为常见的一种现象,因其症状典型、预后较差、缺乏有效的治疗手段,近年来越来越受到重视。大量研究证实中医药在治疗冠状动脉慢血流方面有一定优势。本文从冠状动脉慢血流的中医病因病机、辨证分型、治法方药等方面对相关临床研究进行归纳总结,指出中医药诊治冠状动脉慢血流的优势及今后的研究方向。
Coronary slow flow is a common phenomenon in cardiovascular diseases.Because of its typical symptoms,poor prognosis and lack of effective treatment,it has been paid more and more attention in recent years.A large number of studies have confirmed that TCM medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of coronary slow blood flow.From the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and prescription of TCM medicine for coronary artery slow blood flow relevant clinical studies were summarized,and the advantages of TCM medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary slow blood flow and future research directions were pointed out.
