摘要
目的探讨不同剂量甲泼尼龙对小儿重症支原体肺炎的疗效、症状恢复时间的影响。方法将2017年10月—2019年10月我院收治的80例小儿重症支原体肺炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组与试验组,分别采用小剂量治疗[甲泼尼龙2 mg/(kg·d)]与大剂量治疗[甲泼尼龙10 mg/(kg·d)],对比两组临床疗效、各症状恢复时间以及不良反应发生率。结果试验组各症状(体温、咳嗽、肺部啰音)恢复正常的用时及住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),但两组疗效对比显示,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),且两组不良反应发生对比同样差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同剂量甲泼尼龙治疗小儿重症支原体肺炎均可发挥一定作用,临床疗效显著,但相比之下,大剂量甲泼尼龙治疗使患儿症状迅速恢复,减轻其痛苦,建议临床根据患儿的实际情况合理选择。
Objective To discuss the influence of difference dosage of methylprednisolone on symptom recovery time in severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia children.Methods 80 severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia children treated from October 2017 to October 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to control group and test group.Children were treated with low-dosage methylprednisolone[2 mg/(kg·d)]and high-dosage methylprednisolone[10 mg/(kg·d)],respectively.Curative effect,symptom recovery time and adverse event rate were compared.Results Body temperature recovery time,hospital stays,relief time of cough and lung rale in the test group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);curative effect between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);adverse event rate between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dosage methylprednisolone can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and pain.The proper treatment dosage can be chosen according to children’s conditions.
