摘要
目的探讨老年重症和非重症细菌性肺炎患者的淋巴细胞亚群检测结果。方法选取我院2018年4月~2019年9月收治的100例老年重症细菌性肺炎患者作为实验组,并选择我院同期收治的100例老年非重症细菌性肺炎患者及100例无肺炎的健康老年人群,分别作为对照组与健康组,选择流式细胞仪对研究对象的T淋巴细胞亚群水平和免疫球蛋白IgM、IgA、IgG含量进行检测,比较检测结果。结果实验组、对照组的CD3^+T、CD4^+/CD8^+T、CD3^+CD4^+T均明显低于健康组(P<0.05);而且实验组的上述各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组、对照组的CD3^+CD8^+T细胞比例均明显高于健康组(P<0.05)。实验组、对照组的自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平明显低于健康组;实验组的NK水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组、对照组的IgM、IgA、IgG水平均明显低于健康组(P<0.05);实验组的IgM、IgA、IgG水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年重症及非重症细菌性肺炎患者均存在细胞免疫功能受损现象,但是和老年非重症细菌性肺炎患者相比较,老年重症细菌性肺炎患者受损情况更加明显。
Objective To explore the detection results of lymphocyte subsets in elderly patients with severe and non-severe bacterial pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with severe bacterial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 100 elderly patients with non-severe bacterial pneumonia and 100 health controls without pneumonia admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group and the healthy group.The flow cytometer was used to check the level of T lymphocyte subsets and the content of immunoglobulins IgM,IgA and IgG in the study subjects.The test results were analyzed and compared.Results The CD3^+T,CD4^+/CD8^+T,CD3^+CD4^+T of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).And the above indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of CD3^+CD8^+T cells in the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of natural killer cells(NK)in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group.The NK levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgA and IgG in the experimental group and control group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgA and IgG in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with severe and non-severe bacterial pneumonia have impaired cellular immune function,but compared with the elderly patients with non-severe bacterial pneumonia,the elderly patients with severe bacterial pneumonia are more damaged.
