摘要
亚急性甲状腺炎是最常见的疼痛性甲状腺炎性病变。本文从病因病机、治则治法、方药方面介绍赵玲教授运用中医药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的学术观点及临床经验。赵教授认为肝气郁结是本病的基本病机,或兼夹风温火毒、郁热、气阴伤,气滞、痰凝、血瘀壅结于颈前。临床以疏肝清热、化痰散结、活血止痛为治疗大法,同时顾护脾土,运用中药辨证内服配合外治治疗,并针对各种兼夹证型症候灵活遣方用药。
Subacute thyroiditis is the most common and painful thyroid inflammatory lesion.This article introduces Professor Zhao Ling's academic viewpoint and clinical experience in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic principle and prescription.Professor Zhao thinks stagnation of liver Qi is the basic pathogenesis of this disease in addition to Qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis knot in the neck,or holding concurrently the wind-warm and fire-toxin,stagnation of hot-evil,injury of Qi and Yin.The clinical main treatment is to soothe the liver and clear the heat,reduce the phlegm and resolve the masses,promote the blood circulation and stop the pain with the internal and external treatment based on the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation,and to protect the spleen at the same time.It is important to use different drugs flexibly according to various accompanying syndromes.
