摘要
目的:研究消银颗粒联合地氯雷他定分散片治疗面部皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将入选的96例面部皮炎患者(面部湿疹、脂溢性皮炎、接触性皮炎、口周皮炎),随机分为对照组48例和治疗组48例,两组均给予口服地氯雷他定分散片,每次5 mg,每日1次,复方黄柏液涂剂,3~4层纱布药水浸湿湿敷,每日2次,每次20 min,丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用,每日1次,连续3 d,后每2日1次连续6 d停掉。治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上口服消银颗粒,每次3.5 g,每日3次。结果:2周后观察临床疗效,其中治疗组显效率95.8%(46/48),对照组85.4%(39/48),治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。2个月内回访复发情况,治疗组4例复发,对照组11例复发,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗过程中治疗组1例在使用复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷后出现临时性刺痛红肿稍重反应,口服药物未见其他不良反应。结论:消银颗粒联合地氯雷他定分散片治疗面部皮炎可明显提高疗效,降低复发率,无严重的不良反应,有较高的安全性。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoyin granule(消银颗粒)combined with desloratadine dispersible tablets in the treatment of facial dermatitis.Methods:96 cases of facial dermatitis including eczema,seborrheic dermatitis,contact dermatitis and perioral dermatitis were randomly divided into the control group(48 cases)and the treatment group(48 cases).Both groups were given oral desloratadine,5mg/time,once a day,Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid coating,3-4 layers of gauze liquid wet compress,twice a day,20 minutes each time,Hydrocortisone butyrate cream for external use,once a day,for three days,and then once every two days for six days.In the treatment group,Xiaoyin granules were taken orally on the basis of the treatment in the control group,3.5g/time,3 times/day.Results:Two weeks later,the clinical effect was observed,in which the effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%(46/48),and that of the control group was 85.4%(39/48).The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),Within 2 months,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in the course of treatment.Conclusion:Xiaoyin granule combined with desloratadine dispersible tablets can significantly improve the efficacy of facial dermatitis,reduce the recurrence rate,it has no serious adverse reactions,and is of a high safety.
