摘要
近年来,我国钢结构技术得到快速推广和发展。其中,门式钢结构厂房是比较常见的钢结构建筑,然而门式钢结构在设计和安装过程中可能会产生各种初始缺陷。首先从理论上计算了门式钢结构厂房H型钢柱安装初始缺陷产生的应力情况,并使用有限元分析软件在考虑结构自重情况下分析了H型钢柱的两种初始安装缺陷产生的应力,与理论计算情况进行对比。研究发现H型钢柱安装过程中,柱身倾斜现象比较普遍,并且底座的偏差对钢柱的初始偏差影响最大。结构的自重对初始缺陷产生的初始应力有影响,结构自重会使初始应力增加。
In recent years,China's steel structure technology has been rapidly promoted and developed.Among them,the door type steel structure workshop is more common steel structure building,but the door type steel structure may produce various initial defects in the design and the installation process.In this paper,the stress caused by the initial defect of h-beam column in the portal steel structure workshop is calculated theoretically.The stress caused by two initial installation defects of h-beam column is analyzed by using wired element analy⁃sis software considering the structural dead weight,and compared with the theoretical calculation.It is found that the column tilt is common in h-beam column installation,and the deviation of the base has the greatest influence on the initial deviation of the column.The dead weight of the structure has an effect on the initial stress of the initial defect,and the dead weight of the structure will increase the initial stress.
