摘要
随访管理是医院管理现代化和规范化的有力手段,开发基于医患需求的智能随访管理系统,对提高医院诊疗管理的质量、效率以及科研水平的提升具有重要意义。本研究结合B/S(Browser/Server)和C/S(Client/Server)架构,构建了一套具有患者管理、随访计划定制、随访数据管理、医患互动等功能的随访管理系统。实践表明,随访管理系统有利于提高医患随访的积极性和满意度,提升患者黏度和医院知名度。
Follow-up management is a powerful means of modernization and standardization of hospital management.The development of an intelligent followup management system based on the needs of doctors and patients is of great significance to improve the quality,efficiency and scientific research level of hospital management.This study combined B/S(Browser/Server)and C/S(Client/Server)framework to build a follow-up management system with functions such as patient management,follow-up plan customization,follow-up data management,and doctor-patient interaction.Practice showed that the follow-up management system was conducive to improving the enthusiasm and satisfaction of doctors and patients in follow-up,improving patient viscosity and hospital popularity.
