摘要
科学健身是当前运动者的目标,如何根据运动者个体差异得到最佳的运动量是制定科学健身方案的依据。对此设计了一款运动健身测评系统,该系统采用MFC框架开发、C++语音编写,SQL Server作为运动数据存储数据库,根据运动者各项生理指标,结合改进的神经网络算法和模糊综合评价方法,实现了个体最佳运动量预测。为健身爱好者科学健身方案的制定提供了参考。
Scientific fitness is the goal pursued by current athletes.How to get the best amount of exercise based on individual differences is the basis for makingscientific fitness program.This paper designs a sports fitness evaluation system.The system uses MFC framework development,C++voice programming,SQL server as the sports data storage database,dependingon the physiological indicators of the athletes,combined with the improved neural network algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it realizes the individual optimal exercise prediction.It provides a reference for the establishment of scientific fitness program for fitness enthusiasts.
