摘要
介绍了在表面处理过程中应用的水喷射技术和一款水喷射设备,以及与传统喷砂方式的优势和劣势;展示了水喷射表面处理后现场成功涂装的应用实例,表明水喷射表面处理方法表现良好,将成为今后船舶涂装维保应用的主方向。
The water-jetting technology and the related equipment are introduced.The waterjetting and traditional sand-blasting surface treatment are described in terms of their advantages and disadvantages.The successful application cases of the water-jetting technology in coating process are presented to show that the water-jetting surface treatment performs well and will become the main trend of ship coating maintenance.
