摘要
以单轴石英晶体为基片材料,基于其旋光度与厚度间的线性关系,采用退火、切割、研磨、抛光、镀膜等光学工艺,研制得到旋光仪/旋光糖量计检定用标准旋光管。根据JJF 1343–2012 《标准物质定值的通用原则及统计学原理》和JJG 864–1994 《旋光标准石英管检定规程》对标准旋光管进行均匀性、稳定性检验和定值,根据JJF 1059.1–2012 《测量不确定度评定与表示》对标准旋光管进行不确定度评定。研制的标准旋光管旋光度(糖度)定值结果分别为5.033°(14.53°Z),–5.007°(–14.46°Z),17.198°(49.67°Z),–17.057°(–49.26°Z),34.096°(98.47°Z),–34.083°(–98.43°Z),扩展不确定度U=0.004°(k=2);以及71.694°(207.05°Z),–71.682°(–207.02°Z),扩展不确定度U=0.005°(k=2)。标准旋光管携带方便,量值稳定准确,各项技术指标均满足旋光仪/旋光糖量计检定和校准工作的需要。
Based on the linear relationship between the specific rotation and the thickness of uniaxial quartz crystal,the optical processes such as annealing,cutting,grinding,polishing and coating were used to prepare the standard rotators for the verification of polarimeters and polarimetric saccharimeters.According to JJF 1343–2012 General and Statistical Principles for Characterization of Reference Materials and JJG 864–1994 Verification Regulation of Quartz Control Plate,the uniformity,stability and determination of standard rotators were tested.According to JJF 1059.1–2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,the uncertainty of standard rotators was evaluated.Their determined results of specific rotation or saccharification were 5.033°(14.53°Z),–5.007°(–14.46°Z),17.198°(49.67°Z),–17.057°(–49.26°Z),34.096°(98.47°Z),–34.083°(–98.43°Z) with the extended uncertainty of 0.004(k=2),and standard rotators with determined results of 71.694°(207.05°Z),–71.682°(–207.02°Z),with the extended uncertainty of 0.0045(k=2).The developed standard rotators are easy to carry,and the quantity is stable and accurate.All the technical indexes meet the needs of the verification and calibration of polarimeters and polarimetric saccharimeters.
