摘要
基于VB设计了温度参数自动采集与处理程序。程序设计了载气流速稳定性、定性定量重复性检定、检测器性能检定、设备信息录入等模块。通过输入测量数据,程序自动完成了平均值、稳定性和精密度的计算,同时满足了GB/T 30431-2020《实验室气相色谱仪》中对均匀性的测量要求。该设计实现了气相色谱仪温度参数的自动采集与处理,柱箱温度稳定性和程序升温重复性的一键测量,使技术人员从繁琐重复的定时记录中解脱出来,有效提高了时间间隔和温度数据的准确性,有效降低了人员误差等问题。
Based on VB,the automatic acquisition and processing program of temperature parameters was designed.The modules of carrier gas velocity stability,qualitative and quantitative repeatability verification,detector performance verification and equipment information input were designed.By inputting the measured data,the program automatically completed the calculation of the average value,stability and precision,and met the measurement requirements for uniformity in GB/T 30431-2020“laboratory gas chromatograph”.The design realizes the automatic acquisition and processing of temperature parameters of gas chromatograph,the one key measurement of column box temperature stability and temperature programmed repeatability,so that the technicians are free from tedious and repetitive timing records,effectively improving the accuracy of time interval and temperature data,and effectively reducing personnel error.
