摘要
针对中药行业专用机械设备的PLC在运行期间网络异常产生的数据补传需求,分析了PLC系统数据补传技术特点、难点和应用情形;针对业界现有技术的缺点,提出了基于DNP3开放协议的PLC数据补传方法。应用结果表明,该方案能够解决中药生产过程中恶劣环境造成的现场数据无法全面采集的问题,保障了医药生产过程数据的完整性。该方法能够解决现有技术存在的"多用私有协议、应用复杂、缺乏普适性、应用场景单一"的问题。
In view of the demand of data supplementary transmission caused by network abnormality of PLC of special mechanical equipment in traditional Chinese medicine industry,the technical characteristics,difficulties and application of PLC system data supplementary transmission are analyzed.In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology in the industry,a PLC data supplemen tary transmission method based on DNP3 open protocol is proposed.The application results show that the scheme can solve the problem that the field data can not be collected completely because of the bad environment in the production process of traditional Chinese medicine,and ensure the integrity of the production process data.This method can solve the problems of"multi-purpose private protocol,complex application,lack of universality and single application scenario"existing in the existing technology.
