摘要
为有效精准地对煤矿一线作业人员进行人因风险管控,以煤矿企业从业人员熟悉的Excel为数据平台,设计了煤矿一线作业人员风险管控系统。通过VBA数据编程语言实现对煤矿一线作业人员从人员招聘、教育培训、考核、岗前提示到人因风险管控报表可视化系统的研究。系统地规范和完善了煤矿现有一线作业人员风险管控工作,具有一定的推广价值。
In order to effectively and accurately control human-caused risks for front-line coal mine workers,this paper uses Excel software,which is familiar to coal mining enterprise employees,as a data platform to design a risk management and control system for front-line coal mine workers.Through the VBA data programming language,the research on the visualization system of front-line workers from personnel recruitment,education and training,assessment,pre-job prompting to human risk management and control reports is realized.This system systematically standardizes and improves the risk management and control of existing front-line workers in coal mines,and has a certain promotion value.
