摘要
根据聚羧酸减水剂的特质,结合微生物培养方法,开发了一种可在适宜的条件下进行微生物培养的测试聚羧酸减水剂防腐性能的方法。实验证明,该方法可行有效,可在96 h内完成测试,并且测试结果与实际观察结果相符合。通过此方法对聚羧酸减水剂进行防腐性能测试,可大幅缩短观察时间,具有快速、高效、准确的特点。采用测试方法评价得出的聚羧酸减水剂的防腐性能的结果与实际应用结果一致,证明该方法可靠。
Based on the characteristics of polycarboxylic acid water reducer and the method of microbial culture,the article develops a method to test the antiseptic properties of polycarboxylic acid water reducer under suitable conditions.The experiment proves that this method is feasible and effective,and the test can be completed within 96 hours,and the test result is consistent with the actual observation result.Through this method,the anti-corrosion performance test of the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent can greatly shorten the observation time,and has the characteristics of fast,efficient and accurate.The test method evaluated the anti-corrosion performance of the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent,which is consistent with the actual application results.The method developed in this paper is reliable.
