摘要
针对马来西亚沿海地区粉煤灰较少且质量不稳定、白天气温平均30℃以及沿海建筑物抗氯离子渗透需求高等技术难点,开展超高掺量单掺矿粉体系配合比设计实验,确定3组备选配合比。通过对备选配合比进行相关力学性能、流变性能及耐久性能实验,优选单掺65%矿粉胶凝材料配合比,其坍落度为190 mm,初、终凝时间分别为10.0 h和12.5 h,7、28 d抗压强度分别为37.5、49.8 MPa,水化温升峰值为30.1℃,干燥收缩率为221.5×10-6,28 d电通量为476 C,该配合比施工效果好,满足强度、坍落度、抗裂及抗渗性能要求。
Due to the lack of fly ash and the unstable quality in the coastal areas of Malaysia,the average temperature during the day is 30 ℃ and the high technical difficulties in resisting chloride penetration of coastal buildings,a design experiment of mixing ratio of ultra-high mixing amount and single mixing mineral powder system was carried out to determine 3 groups of alter-native mixing ratio. Through the mechanical properties,rheological property and durability test of the alternative mix ratio,the mix ratio of the cementing material mixed with 65% mineral powder is selected as the application mix ratio. The slump is 190 mm,the initial and final setting times are 10.0 h and 12.5 h,respectively, the 7 d and 28 d strengths are 37.5 MPa and 49.8 MPa,respectively,the peak hydration temperature rise is 30.1 ℃,the drying shrinkage rate is 221.5×10-6,28 d electric flux is 476 C. The mix ratio has good construction effect and meets the requirements of strength,slump,crack resistance and permeability resistance.
