摘要
目的探讨新生儿发生缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年12月我院收治的30例HIE患儿的临床资料,将其纳入观察组;选取同期未发生HIE的40例健康新生儿,将其纳入对照组。采用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析引发新生儿HIE的影响因素。结果观察组新生儿母体合并妊高征、妊娠期贫血以及新生儿为早产儿、胎位不正、脐带异常、发生宫内窘迫、羊水污染占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,新生儿母体合并妊高征、妊娠期贫血以及新生儿为早产儿、胎位不正、脐带异常、出现宫内窘迫、羊水污染是新生儿发生HIE的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论新生儿母体合并妊高征、妊娠期贫血以及新生儿为早产儿、胎位不正、脐带异常、出现宫内窘迫、羊水污染是新生儿发生HIE的危险因素。
Objective To discuss the influencing factors of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods The clinical data of 30 HIE newborns admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and included in observation group;the 40 healthy newborns without HIE in the same period were selected and included in control group.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of neonatal HIE.Results The proportions of maternal pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,anemia during pregnancy,premature infants,abnormal fetal position,abnormal umbilical cord,intrauterine distress and amniotic fluid pollution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis results showed that maternal pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,anemia during pregnancy,premature infants,abnormal fetal position,abnormal umbilical cord,intrauterine distress and amniotic fluid pollution were the risk factors for neonatal HIE(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,anemia during pregnancy,premature infants,abnormal fetal position,abnormal umbilical cord,intrauterine distress and amniotic fluid pollution are the risk factors for neonatal HIE.
