摘要
以酚醛环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂和自配环氧树脂A 3种树脂为基体组合树脂,导热填料采用微米级不同粒径的Al2O3,通过共混、熔融、丝印和热固等工艺制备Al2O3/复合材料。研究了不同粒径配比对所制备复合材料的微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明,当Al2O3的填充量为80%(wt,质量分数)时,大小粒径填料的质量之比为2∶1,酚醛环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂和自配环氧树脂A的质量配比为1∶1∶3时,所制备的复合材料的导热系数为1.53W/(m·K),击穿电压为43.82kV/mm。
Al2O3/composite was prepared by blending,melting,silk-printing and thermosetting processing using phenolic epoxy resin,bisphenol F epoxy resin and self-made epoxy resin A as the matrix resins and micro Al2O3 with different particle size as the filler,respectively.The effects of different particle size ratios on the microstructures and properties of the composites were studied.Results shown that when the content of Al2O3 filler was 80 wt%,the ratio of filler size to particle size was 2∶1,and the ratio of phenolic epoxy resin,bisphenol F epoxy resin and self-made epoxy resin A was 1∶1∶3,the thermal conductivity and breakdown voltage of the prepared composites were 1.53 W/mK and 43.82 kV/mm,respectively.
