摘要
目的通过对桃儿七在我国的适宜性区划研究,为桃儿七野生资源保护及种植环境的选择提供依据。方法利用最大熵模型结合地理信息系统软件(ArcGIS)分析桃儿七在我国的生态适宜性分布地区,得出影响其生长的主要环境因子。结果等温性、4月份降水量、海拔为桃儿七生长的3个主要生态因子,桃儿七在我国最适宜区主要在甘肃西南部、四川中部及南部、西藏东南部、云南西北部。结论本研究结果与桃儿七实际生长环境基本吻合,可为桃儿七野生资源保护及种植环境选择提供一定依据。
Objective To provide a basis for the protection of Sinopodophyllum wild resources and the selection of planting environment through research on the suitability of Sinopodophyllum in China.Methods The maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model was combined with ArcGIS software to analyze the ecological suitability distribution of Sinopodophyllum in China and the main environmental factors affecting its growth were obtained.Results Isothermality,precipitation in April,and altitude were the three main ecological factors for the growth of Sinopodophyllum.The most suitable areas for Sinopodophyllum in China are mainly in southwestern Gansu,central Sichuan,southern Sichuan,southeastern Tibet and northwestern Yunnan.Conclusion The results of this study are basically consistent with the actual growth environment of Sinopodophyllum,which can provide a basis for the protection of Sinopodophyllum wild resources and the choice of planting environment.
