摘要
2020年6月8日,由中国人权研究会指导,吉林大学人权研究中心、吉林大学法学院、吉林大学理论法学研究中心、俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立大学联合主办的"公共健康危机中人权维护的国家职责"国际视频会议顺利召开。来自国内外高校及科研机构的专家学者参加了讨论。本次研讨会以公共卫生危机为语境,以复杂国际局势为背景,从国际法规范的国家权利、义务及国际关系展现的国际合作等角度深入探讨了保障人权的国家职责问题,充分彰显了多边合作之重要性,倡导了人类命运共同体的理念。
On June 8,2020,an international video conference on"State Responsibilities for the Protection of Human Rights in Public Health Crises",co-organized by Human Rights Center of Jilin University,Law School of Jilin University,Theoretical Law Research Center of Jilin University and Saint-Petersburg State University of Russia,was successfully held under the guidance of China Society for Human Rights Studies.Chinese and foreign experts and scholars from universities and research institutions at home and abroad participated in the discussion.In the context of a public health crisis and against the background of a complex international situation,the seminar discussed the responsibility of a state to protect human rights from the perspective of the rights and obligations of states regulated by international laws and the international cooperation exhibited by international relations.It fully demonstrated the importance of multilateral cooperation and promoted the concept of a community of shared future for mankind.
