牵引变压器铁心方案对比分析与优化研究

摘要 牵引变压器接线方式较多,铁心形式和绕组结构有不同的选择且各有优劣。为比较不同铁心方案的优缺点,在分析不同接线方式结构及原理的基础上,通过有限元仿真确定不同铁心方案磁场分布的具体情况;综合考虑铁心和绕组的成本、绝缘配置以及占地面积,比较单相铁心方案和三相铁心方案的适用性、经济性;在此基础上提出一种新的铁心方案,通过结构比较和磁场分析,确定新铁心方案对于Scott接线牵引变压器具有良好的适用性和经济性。 There are many connection modes for traction transformers,and there are different choices of core forms and winding structures,and each form or each structure has its own advantages and disadvantages.In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different core schemes,on the basis of analyzing the structures and principles of different connection modes,the specific situation of magnetic field distribution of different core schemes are determined by finite element simulation;the applicability and economy of single-phase core scheme and three-phase core scheme are compared by comprehensively considering the cost of core and winding,insulation configuration and areas of land occupation;on this basis,a new type of core scheme is proposed through structure comparison and magnetic field analysis,it is proved that the new core scheme has good applicability and economy for traction transformer with Scott connection.
