摘要 轴系校中状态是影响舰船安全可靠运行的重要因素,运行状态下的轴承变位、不平衡量和转速对轴系动态校中均有重要影响,因此分析获得动态因素对轴系校中的影响是保障轴系校中状态的前提。基于二维Reynolds方程给出艉轴后轴承油膜刚度特性等效形式,并基于此建立计入水膜刚度特性的轴系动态校中模型,分析了轴承变位、螺旋桨不平衡力以及转速对轴承支反力的影响规律,最后结合测力板试验结果验证了校中模型的正确性,分析结果可为轴系动态校中优化提供理论参考。 State of shafting alignment is an important factor that affects the safe and reliable operation of ships.Bearing elevation,unbalance and rotation speed under running conditions all have important influence on the dynamic alignment of the shafting.Therefore,analyzing and obtaining the influence of the dynamic factors on the shafting alignment is the premise to ensure the alignment status of shafting.Based on the two-dimensional Reynolds equation,the equivalent form of the oil film stiffness characteristics of the stern tube aft bearing is given in this paper.On this basis,a shafting dynamic alignment model taking the water film stiffness characteristics into account is established.The influences of bearing elevation,unbalance force of the propeller and the rotation speed on bearing reaction force are analyzed.The analysis results can provide a theoretical reference for shafting dynamic alignment optimization.Finally,the correctness of the alignment model is verified by the test by means of the force measuring plate.
