摘要
本文以在宁三所高职院校为例,调查了"一带一路"沿线来华留学生基本情况。从学校环境和城市环境两个方面分析了"一带一路"沿线来华留学生跨文化适应情况,指出了留学生在教学环境、饮食环境、城市气候和城市交通的适应上存在问题。在此基础上,作者提出了四点建议:一是多管齐下,让留学生充分了解所在学校及城市;二是兼收并蓄,提升教师跨文化交际能力;三是求同存异,尊重留学生饮食习惯;四是互动互融,志愿服务增进相互了解。
Taking three vocational colleges in Nanjing for example,this paper first surveys international students from countries along“Belt&Road”.Then it analyzes their cross-cultural adaptability from the perspectives of campus surroundings and city surroundings,pointing out that international students might have difficulty in adjusting to teaching environment,food,climate and transportation in China.After the analysis,it puts forward four suggestions:helping international students fully understand their colleges and the cities they live in via different approaches;absorbing foreign culture to improve teachers′cross-cultural communication ability;respecting international students′eating habits as well as enhancing mutual understanding through volunteers′interacting with international students.
