摘要
济南凤凰黄河大桥主桥采用三塔双索面自锚式悬索桥,跨径布置为(70+168+428+428+168+70)m,桥宽61.7m,主缆中跨垂跨比为1/6。为兼顾受力和美观,中、边塔采用相同的结构形式,因桥面和地面标高不同,中、边塔构造不完全相同。桥塔采用横桥向A形、顺桥向I形的钢结构与钢-混组合结构混合塔方案,中塔高126.0m,边塔高116.1m。塔柱底节段为钢-混组合结构,其余塔柱节段采用钢结构,塔柱为单箱三室截面。各桥塔两塔柱之间横桥向均设置上、下2道横梁,横梁采用钢结构,为单箱单室截面。中塔采用塔吊吊装、边塔采用履带吊吊装。对桥塔进行静力、稳定及动力分析,结果表明结构强度、刚度及稳定性均满足规范要求。
The main bridge of Fenghuang Yellow River Bridge in Jinan,a self-anchored suspension bridge,features its triple towers that create spans of 70,168,428,428,168 and 70 m,and the hanger cables are arranged in double cable planes.To realize the balance of load bearing capability and aesthetics,the intermediate tower and the two side towers are similar in appearance,but not structurally identical,due to the deck and ground elevation differences.The towers,which are viewed A-shaped in elevation and I-shaped in plan,are hybrid three-cell box structures consisting of the lower steel-concrete composite sections and the upper steel sections,with the intermediate tower rising 120.6 m,and side towers rising 116.1 m.A tower has two steel cross beams of mono-cell box section.The intermediate tower was hoisted by tower crane and the side towers were erected by crawler crane.The results of the static,stability and dynamic analysis show that the strength,rigidity and stability of the bridge can meet the code requirements.
