摘要
影像专业住院医师规范化培训是医院培养高素质医学影像应用型人才的重要组成部分,本文对本科室影像专业规培生的培养方式进行了分析总结。围绕着应用型人才培养这个中心,我们着重从临床和科研两个方面着手,在注重规培生临床诊断技能提升的同时,也注意科研能力的培养,最终使规培生成为知识全面、专业素养较高的应用型人才。
The standardized training of residents majored in medical imaging specialty is an important part of cultivating high-quality applied talents for hospitals.Here,we analyze and summarize the current standardized training mode for medical imaging residents in our department.Focusing on the applied talents training,we address both clinical work and scientific research by improving clinical diagnosis skills as well as scientific research ability.The ultimate goal is bringing them up to be applied talents with comprehensive knowledge and high professional quality.
